Astrological predictions are digital content delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
2. No Refund for Wrong or Inaccurate Predictions
By purchasing a prediction, you expressly acknowledge that:
- The prediction is an astrological opinion, not a factual forecast.
- The outcome of any match is uncertain and no astrological prediction can guarantee a correct result.
- An incorrect prediction does not constitute a defective product or failure of service.
- You are purchasing access to Dr. Anitaa Nigaam's astrological analysis, not a guaranteed outcome.
- You have received the service you paid for upon delivery of prediction content, regardless of the prediction's accuracy.
3. Abandoned or Cancelled Matches — Wallet Credit
In the event that a match is:
- Abandoned due to weather or any other reason
- Cancelled by the organising body
- Rescheduled to a different date
- Tied, drawn, or results in no result
- Affected by external circumstances beyond our control
This wallet credit can be used for any other prediction on the platform and does not expire while your account is active. No manual request is required — credits are applied automatically when our admin updates the match status.
4. Wallet Credits — Terms and Conditions
Wallet credits may be issued for:
- Match abandoned, cancelled, or resulting in no result.
- Technical error causing a duplicate payment.
- Technical error where content failed to deliver after a confirmed payment.
Wallet Credit Terms:
- Credited to the purchasing account only.
- Non-transferable to other accounts.
- Cannot be converted to cash or refunded to your payment method.
- Never expire — valid while your account is active.
- Forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Use Wallet Credits
Wallet credits are applied automatically at checkout when your balance is sufficient. Your current wallet balance is always visible in the top navigation bar when you are logged in. You can also view your full transaction history on your Wallet page.
6. Technical Issues
If a genuine technical error prevents access to content you have paid for, contact us at anitauniverse@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- The match name and date.
- Your transaction ID or order reference.
- A description of the technical issue experienced.
We aim to resolve all technical complaints within 5 business days. Confirmed technical faults will be resolved by restoring access or issuing a wallet credit.
7. Chargeback Policy
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Forfeiture of all wallet credits.
- Being permanently banned from future purchases on the platform.

8. Rewarded Ad Unlocks
Predictions unlocked by watching a rewarded advertisement are provided entirely free of charge. As no payment is made, no refund or wallet credit applies to ad-unlocked predictions.
