AnitaUniverse.com provides Vedic astrological match predictions for Cricket and Football events, created by Dr. Anitaa Nigaam with over 30 years of experience in Vedic astrology. Predictions are sold on a per-match basis only.

We do not endorse, promote, or facilitate sports betting or gambling in any form. Our services are intended for users who are interested in Vedic astrology as applied to sporting events.

3. User Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website or purchase any prediction. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

3.2 Account Responsibility

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at anitauniverse@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

3.3 Account Termination by User

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at anitauniverse@gmail.com. Upon deletion, any unused wallet balance will be forfeited as wallet credits are not redeemable for cash. Purchased predictions that have already been accessed are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All predictions, written analyses, astrological briefs, blog posts, images, and other content published on AnitaUniverse.com are the original intellectual property of Dr. Anitaa Nigaam and AnitaUniverse.com. All rights reserved under Indian and international copyright law.

4.2 Permitted Use

Upon purchasing a prediction, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use that prediction for your own personal, non-commercial reference only.

4.3 Prohibited Use of Content

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, copy, or share any prediction content in any form — including screenshots, transcriptions, or summarised versions.
• Share prediction content on social media, messaging apps (including WhatsApp and Telegram), forums, or any public platform before the relevant match has concluded.
• Use any prediction content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Per-Match Purchases

All predictions are sold on a per-match basis. There are no season passes or subscription plans. Prices are displayed only on the individual match prediction page after you have read the free brief and participated in the fan poll.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed via PayU and CCAvenue for Indian users (INR), and PayPal for international users. Wallet balance can be applied to reduce any payment. All gateway transactions are handled by the respective payment provider — we do not store card or bank details on our servers.

5.3 Wallet Credits

Your wallet may be credited in the following circumstances:

• A match you purchased a prediction for is abandoned or cancelled — full automatic refund to wallet within 24 hours.
• Welcome bonus credited on new account registration (subject to availability and validity period).

Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

5.4 Refunds

Predictions that have been accessed (unlocked) are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for abandoned or cancelled matches, automatically credited to your wallet. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any prediction content.
• Sharing predictions publicly before the relevant match has concluded.
• Using screen captures, recordings, or any technical means to extract and distribute predictions.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction tools on any part of the Website.
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems or access predictions without a valid purchase.
• Impersonating Dr. Anitaa Nigaam or any AnitaUniverse representative.
• Posting false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or statements about the Website or its services.
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.
• Introducing viruses, malicious code, or any material that may harm the Website or its users.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and legal action where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnitaUniverse.com and Dr. Anitaa Nigaam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on any prediction content, including but not limited to financial losses of any kind.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable consumer protection legislation. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

For users accessing the Website from outside India, local laws may also apply. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
